Cryptocurrency researcher: FTX manipulated the Voyager asset auction to ensure winning the bid

ChainCatcher news, cryptocurrency and finance researcher FatMan tweeted that a verified insider confirmed that FTX manipulated the Voyager asset auction to ensure a winning bid, with the aim of delaying the recovery of Voyager's loans to FTX & Alameda. If delayed, SBF's fraud would be exposed sooner, and winning the Voyager bid would allow him to maintain his image; SBF's intention to place himself in the spotlight was actually for self-protection.

If someone else won the Voyager auction and recovered the FTX/Alameda loans, the house of cards would collapse, and the FTT solvency scam would be fully exposed. This is why SBF was so eager to "rescue" Voyager. (source link)
