Waves Founder: The Waves L2 White Paper will be released next week

ChainCatcher news, Waves founder Sasha Ivanov tweeted that 21.5 million XTN have been burned, and currently only a small portion of XTN holders have converted XTN into L2MP tokens to enjoy higher staking rewards. The Waves L2 white paper will be released next week.
