The SEC requests the court to grant a summary judgment against Do Kwon and Terraform

ChainCatcher News, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requests the court to grant a summary judgment against Do Kwon and Terraform.

The SEC continues to reiterate its argument that Do Kwon and Terraform sold securities. The SEC reaffirms in its filing that Terraform and Do Kwon also engaged in fraudulent activities and made misleading statements, and once again emphasizes that they deceived investors regarding the stability of UST, among other things.
