Fidelity has submitted a second amended prospectus for its Bitcoin spot ETF to the SEC

ChainCatcher news, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas posted on social media that Fidelity has submitted a second revised Bitcoin spot ETF prospectus (S-1 filing) to the SEC.

Additionally, Fidelity met with the SEC's Trading and Markets Division yesterday. They elaborated on their ETF application and showcased their Bitcoin spot ETF design.
