Terraform Labs and the SEC have reached an agreement on confidentiality terms
ChainCatcher news, Judge Jed Rakoff of the Southern District of New York has approved a protective order that stipulates Terraform Labs and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) keep certain documents confidential during the trial. The likelihood of the request to unseal these documents being approved is low.
