Atomicals Protocol: atomicals-js CLI (version 0.1.63) has a bug, please do not use it before the fix

ChainCatcher message, Atomicals Protocol on X states that its recently launched atomicals-js CLI (version 0.1.63) has a bug that broadcasts a new transaction with an invalid Bitcoin. A fix is underway, please be patient. In the meantime, please use the previous version (0.1.62).
