ChainCatcher news, according to the SEC official website, Valkyrie has submitted an updated S-1 filing for its Bitcoin spot ETF, with a fee structure still set at 0.8%.

It is reported that the SEC requires ETF issuers to submit the S-1 amendment before 8 AM local time today.
