ChainCatcher news, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Grayscale submitted a "consent solicitation statement" to the SEC on Tuesday, proposing four projects to investors, including the creation and redemption process involving cash, as well as the ability to stake Ethereum through a trust.
