Grayscale has submitted a notice to the SEC to withdraw its Ethereum futures ETF

ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, Grayscale has withdrawn its 19b-4 application for the Ethereum (ETH) futures exchange-traded fund (ETF), just three weeks before the securities regulator was set to make a decision. Grayscale submitted a notice to withdraw its Ethereum futures ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 7.

It is reported that Grayscale initially submitted its 19b-4 application for the Ethereum futures ETF on September 19, 2023, with the SEC scheduled to make a final decision on Grayscale's Ethereum futures ETF by May 30.
