FOX reporter: Ripple has 14 days to submit a counterclaim against the SEC

ChainCatcher news, FOX reporter Eleanor Terrett posted on social media stating, "Ripple's Chief Legal Officer Stuart Alderoty said that Ripple is considering filing a counterclaim. This means Ripple may appeal Judge Torres's ruling on institutional sales or the $125 million fine. Both appeals will be handled in a case in the Second Circuit Court.

If Ripple does file a counterclaim, it has 14 days to submit the application, starting from tomorrow."
