The goal of the Vietnamese government is to create 20 reputable blockchain brands in terms of platforms, products, and services on the regional blockchain technology platform; to maintain the operation of at least 3 blockchain testing centers or special zones in major cities, forming a national network; and to have representation among the top 10 blockchain training and research institutions in Asia.
