Data: A certain whale sold 5,094 ETH to repay debts

ChainCatcher news, according to on-chain analyst Lookonchain (@lookonchain), a certain whale sold 5,094 Ethereum (ETH) today (April 9, 2025) at a price of $1,471, totaling approximately $7.5 million, to repay debts. This investor borrowed 80.91 million USDT on July 5, 2024, to purchase 26,235 ETH at a unit price of $3,084. On March 11 of this year, he sold 25,800 ETH at a price of $1,853 to partially repay the debt. The investor has incurred a total loss of approximately $40 million on his ETH investments.
