Galaxy Securities: The interest rate cut in September is not necessarily a done deal, and the Federal Reserve is currently in a stage of "could cut or could not cut."

ChainCatcher news, a research report from Galaxy Securities indicates that the market has fully priced in the expectation of a rate cut in September. However, with the rebound in inflation in the third quarter, a gradual increase in the unemployment rate, the extension of moderate price increases due to additional tariffs in August, and Trump's future ability to intervene in the Federal Reserve and accelerate rate cuts, a rate cut in September is not necessarily a done deal. The Federal Reserve is currently still in a "can cut or not cut" phase, and more data is needed to confirm whether a rate cut can occur in September.
