ChainCatcher news, according to Jinshi reports, Morgan Stanley revised its expectation of two rate cuts by the Federal Reserve this year at the end of August, reiterating that it expects the Fed to cut rates in September, but warned that strong job numbers or rising inflation could delay the rate cut plans. Morgan Stanley pointed out that internal debates within the Fed could lead to disagreements, with some policymakers believing that rate cuts are premature. The institution still expects the Fed to continue on a dovish path next year, assuming a rate cut once every quarter in 2026, with a terminal rate of 2.75% to 3%.
